About the Event
October is a critical month for your campaign as voters start to turn in their ballots. What happens in the next few weeks can be quick and dramatic, and can make or break your campaign. And this election season you are campaigning in the midst of a pandemic. What can you do to prepare yourself for this critical period? What should be your priorities and timeline?
The workshop presenters are experienced campaigners and include:
Alicia Aguirre - currently serving Council Member, Redwood City; former Trustee and the President of the Redwood City Elementary School Board
Alison Cormack - currently serving Council Member, Palo Alto
Liz Gibbons - the former Mayor and a currently serving Vice Mayor of the City of Campbell
Marico Sayoc – the former Mayor and a currently serving Council Member of the Town Council of Los Gatos
Moderated by Emily Lo, WIRE Board Member and former Mayor of Saratoga
